If I could give a negative number I would. Sent me the wrong frames and trying to return them....well I am still trying with no luck at all.

my order number is #52437 I made the purchase on August 24 and so far they haven't given me the shipping number, I've called many times 18885020439 they don't answer, I've still sent them emails and nothing! I have entered their social networks and the comments of the clients are disastrous, most of them have been scammed without a refund. I bought them through SEZZLE and I am in a dispute to cancel the order and they give me my money back

The glasses took 4 months to ship. I no longer live at the address the glasses were sent to and they are now gone, i’m out $250 : (

Very good and accurate service on the spec frames!

Very little communication about the order. Received a confirmation email and that was it. Had to email a few times to see when the order would arrive, but received a generic response about suppliers and covid. There was no estimated time frame. The website made it look like the item was in stock and would ship within a week. It took 3 months for it to arrive, and by that time, I had already assumed the order was never going to arrive and the company was illegitimate. Already got frames and lenses done within a week at another place before the item arrived. The item itself is fine, but the poor communication and poor timing made for a bad experience. Plus they deduct $10 to send the item back for a refund. They never got my name right even though it was on the order, and customer service emails were answered at very odd times. Maybe customer service is a one man show?

I wish I found this before placing my order. I ordered sunglasses for my BFs birthday. We will be on vacation and wanted them to arrive before we leave. I made sure to pick a pair that was IN STOCK. 2 weeks and no package I decided to email them, I find out that they are *being shipped from italy* because they are out of stock and they will be available in a week. They offered a discount and some *frames* with similar shape which are instock to avoid the problem. I said no and demanded a refund. 5 emails to them and they are yet to respond to my refund request, there responses are to just offer a discount and diaregard my request.
I paid through sezzle and have now opened a dispute to cancel the order.
I'm hoping they can atleast assist me.
I'm out of time and a birthday gift.

It took two months to receive my frames. When I requested a refund I was offered a different frame or 10% back, when I declined both and asked again for a refund I was ignored.

Glasses are awesome. But I waited a whole month before I received my order. Only cuz I had emailed them on the status of the order.
